"Edit: Tried their Peshawari Chicken tikka, Amritsari kulcha with Fauji chicken curry. 5/5 for chicken tikka as it was juicy, tender and well marinated. However, will give it a pass for the curry as it lacked salt and found oil a little excessive personally, but their kulcha was great. Great service, lovely food. Definitely coming back. Palak patta chat was very yum."

"The best Amrutsari Kulchas in town. If I can give 7 stars I will give it these Kulchas stuffed with masala and tastes as if you are just having it in Amritsar. Nothing comes close... Next I ordered Bhatti Murg. Very delicious, marinated with some aromatic spices and cooked to perfection. Loved it and it's priced only at 3.99. ample parking behind in the Milan complex. This truck is parked next to Swaraj India truck. Now there's a huge variety of Indian food veg, non-vegetarian and Paapdi chaat etc. must visit."

"Amazing punjabi food. Kulcha are to amazing I think one of best ones in the bay. Malai chaap is just soft and tasty. Didn’t have anything like that so far in the area. Gajrela was delicious and not a sugar rush. They have other dessert too. Food will be the most important option here. Good people"

"I stopped by Tiranga 47 Indian Food Truck and tried their Malai Soya Chaap, and it was amazing! The chaap was super soft, creamy, and full of flavor—one of the best I’ve had. The seasoning was perfect, and the portion size was really satisfying. If you’re looking for delicious Indian street-style food with great taste, this food truck is definitely worth a visit!"

"I recently visited Tiranga 47 - Indian Street Food Truck in Milpitas, and it’s safe to say this food truck is a hidden gem for Indian street food lovers! My experience started with the palak chaat, and let me tell you, it was the best I’ve ever had. The crispy spinach, paired with tangy chutneys and a perfectly balanced spice blend, created an explosion of flavors that left me craving for more. Next up was the malai soya chaat, which was equally delightful. The soya was marinated and cooked to perfection, creamy and flavorful with a hint of smokiness. It’s the ideal dish for those who enjoy a blend of texture and taste that’s both satisfying and refreshing. I also tried the paneer kathi wrap, which was loaded with paneer and packed with flavor. It was filling and wholesome, with soft paneer cubes marinated in spices, paired with fresh veggies and wrapped in a soft paratha. It’s the perfect grab-and-go meal for those on the move but still wanting a hearty, flavorful bite. To wrap up the evening, I sipped on a hot cup of kadak chai, which was exactly what I needed for the chilling evening. The chai was strong, aromatic, and had just the right amount of spices to warm me up. What’s even more impressive is that the chef behind this street food truck has worked at renowned places like Amber India and Yellow Chilli restaurants. With that kind of culinary expertise, it’s no wonder the food is as yummy as it is! You can truly expect restaurant-quality flavors with a street food vibe, making it a must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors in Milpitas."

"This food truck has a really good variety of snacks and food. It’s located right next to the other food truck Swaraj. It’s really busy on the evenings of Friday and Saturday. Pani puri, chicken Kathi roll, Amritsari chole kulche are all good."

"As a Mumbaikar, I can honestly say this food truck truly brings the authentic taste of India to California. I recently visited Tiranga 47, and it has already become one of my favorite food trucks here. Everything on the menu is delicious, but you must try the chole bhature, wraps, and soya chaap — they are really awesome and full of desi flavors that remind you of home. The food quality is excellent, the cleanliness is top-notch, and they also have outdoor seating, which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and treats customers with great warmth, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended — please do visit, guys!"
